How to Order Your Custom Banner
1. Prepare Your File For the best results, ensure your photo or design is high-resolution (300 DPI). We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files.
Tip: If your image looks blurry on your phone, it will look blurry on a large banner!
2. Select Your Size & Options Choose your banner dimensions from the dropdown menu. Decide if you want just the banner (with grommets for hanging) or if you need us to include the matching stand.
3. Upload Your Artwork Click the "Upload File" button to attach your image. If you have multiple files or special instructions (like "Please center the logo"), you can add them in the "Notes" section at checkout.
4. We Print & Ship Once you place your order, our team reviews your file for quality. We’ll print your custom design on premium 13oz weather-resistant vinyl and ship it directly to your door!

Custom Print Refund Policy
Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. The "Custom Item" Rule
Because each banner is printed on demand with your unique artwork, all sales are final. Once a banner has been printed, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind or event cancellations.

Errors in the artwork provided by the customer (typos, low-resolution images, or color choices).

Orders placed in the wrong size.
2. Quality Guarantee (Replacements)
We take pride in our work. We will provide a free replacement or a partial refund if:

The banner arrives damaged or torn.

The grommets or stands are defective or missing.

There is a clear printing error caused by our equipment (e.g., ink streaks or mechanical smears).

You received the wrong size or the wrong design.
Note: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage to qualify for a replacement.
3. Image Quality Disclaimer
We print the exact file you upload. While we do our best to spot-check files, GLOBAL GRAPHIC TRANSFER DESIGN STUDIO, is not responsible for blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution uploads. We highly recommend using images with 300 DPI for the best results.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of order placement. Once our production team has processed the file and sent it to the printer, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
